| Introduction | I think that I am a kind and generous person and I like to make people happy - I am a last minute bod, but do get things done, however it needs to be in my own quirky way! I am very easy going and always try to see both or all sides of an issue - this can sometimes be problematic as I can agonise over decisions. I hate spiders and pomegranates - thankfully neither can fly. My best time is with my closest friends and family, eating, drinking and making merry. |
| Interests | I am pretty interested in a lot of things, but I particularly like art, history, literature, cooking, gardening, dressmaking - the problem is I seldom get to do any of them properly. |
| Favorite movies | "The Last of the Mohicans" nothing to do with Day Lewis - I just love the film. Also vitually anything with Mr Clooney gracing the screen, just to gaze at him! I generally prefer something a bit different and thought provoking. Not keen on Johny Depp as I find him the same in everything! |
| Favorite music | Anything that I like - told you I was easy going. Being the age that I am I like all the old stuff - Yes, Led Zep, Genesis, Deep Purple etc. Also keen on Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gay & Tamla but I also like music from the intervening years + modern. |
| Favorite books | There are soooo many. I love the Little White Horse by Elizabeth Goodge (Obviously from my childhood) I really couldn't say one fave - like the films I prefer something a bit deep and meaningful. I would say that my favourite author is Ian Mcewan also like JG Farrell, but he only wrote a few before being tragically killed in a freak accident - try "Troubles" "The Singapore Grip" and the "Siege of Krishnapore" |
