Introduction It's amazing how obsessed I have become with learning about where our food really comes from. I want to share my thoughts, hopes and even my fears around this vast topic! Although I did not learn to cook really well until my mid 20's, it has taken hold of me with a vengeance. I now spend countless hours creating new recipes with fresh grown foodstuffs that are in season, and I continue to research the nutritional and healing properties of foods, as well. I have also developed a passion for the artistic side of photographing food. Culinary practices and their historical origins fascinate me, yet so does the future of where we are headed with our food supply on this planet. So, follow along, I learn something new every day.....
