| Introduction | My name is Erik. I am the 1980 Founder and current 2011 Director of the Earth Ecology Foundation. I moved from Fresno, California to Las Vegas in 1997. In 1999 I started a website called 'Early Vegas' that traced the history of Casino Culture in Southern Nevada. In 2000 I started another website called 'West Vegas' which traces current event subjects in West Las Vegas. After selling my Early Vegas website in 2007, I decided to start a different Las Vegas History website which is titled 'In Old Las Vegas'. In March 2010 I officially started photo blogging full-time. This blog is titled 'Vegas Now and Then' and presents photos from 1890-2011 and beyond. I'm glad you stopped by. |
