| Introduction | Josie has sharp hearing, a good eye for colour and a knack for getting things done; all of which have proved useful over the past 20 or so years she has spent working in PR. She also has a keen sense of smell. But this appeared to be of little use, other than detecting undertones of cat pee or cack in the perfume of olfactory challenged colleagues and making the seafood section of Coles or Woolies a no go zone. However, after hanging around with the Pussycat, she’s learned that having a good sniffer not only helps you pick a fair wine, it also enhances the enjoyment of a well-prepared meal. Josie appreciates lovingly prepared meals made with painstaking attention to detail... as long as someone else does the cooking. |
