| Introduction | I'm 27, originally from a small town in Illinois. I traded it in for a slightly larger town in Indiana. Dream big! I live in a home I bought (very adult of me) with my cat. A majority of my friends call me Toast due to the enormous amount of my life that I worked at Girl Scout Camp. I'm on a weight loss journey, so I blog about that a lot. Also, me and my friends meet insane people and have crazy adventures. |
| Interests | My interests vary from day to day. I love music, all kinds. My Pandora has a ridiculous amount of stations. Since it's the fall I've been listening to a lot of Bluegrass, Mumford & Sons, The Punch Brothers, etc... I own a TV, but don't have cable. I only watch movies at home. Let's face it, if I had cable I'd never leave the house. I love being outdoors; camping, hiking, running, kayaking, etc... I'm very interested in nutrition and clean eating. I'm slowly becoming more interested in exercise, running and testing my limits. Will make for some good blog posts. |
| Favorite movies | Wayne's World, hands down best movie ever. I absolutely love Dana Carvey in it. Priceless. I'm pretty easy when it comes to movies though, not much I don't like. Other favorites include Star Wars (oldies are the best), LOTR, Garden State, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Channing Tatum....wait, he's not a movie is he? Ha, ok, ANYTHING with Channing Tatum in it. I'm a girl, I'm allowed. |
| Favorite music | I hate these general questions because I am in no way general. I love EVERYTHING. Pop music- I know every word to Call Me Maybe and I'm not ashamed. Every fall I find myself listening to modern country. Hey, I'm from the midwest, country music feels like home to me. I love love love Jason Mraz, Eric Hutchinson, Gavin DeGraw and John Mayer. I love anything created in the 90's, best era ever. Rock- The Black Keys, The White Stripes, Spoon, etc... We could seriously be here all day.... |
| Favorite books | Christopher Moore. All of his work is absolutely hilarious. I love him. |
