| Introduction | Gregory J. Hughes, PharmD, BCPS, CGP is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy Practice at St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Dr. Hughes serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Preceptor in the Department of General Internal Medicine at North Shore University Hospital where he provides pharmacotherapy expertise to the Internal Medicine service. He is involved in the education of resident physicians, resident pharmacists, and pharmacy students in addition to serving as the co-editor of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee newsletter, The Pharmacy Chronicle. He has publications in multiple areas of pharmacotherapy. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Hughes completed a post-graduate Pharmacy Practice Residency at the St. Louis VA Medical Center and served as a Clinical Instructor at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. |
