Introduction	Rebecca Davis is the founder of The Rebecca Davis Dance Company, a not-for-profit organization with the mission of using contemporary ballet to deepen the public’s knowledge of famous literary works, significant historical events and modern social issues. Rebecca graduated summa cum laude from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and then spent a year in Russia on a Fulbright scholarship. She is currently pursuing a Masters of International Relations with a concentration in Peacekeeping through the American Public University System. In combining her artistic work with a social mission, Rebecca has carried out youth dance programs in post-conflict countries, namely Rwanda and Bosnia-Herzegovina. She is currently a board member of Global Youth Connect and the Greater Philadelphia Fulbright Alumni Association in addition to serving as a 2010 Carl Wilkens Fellow with Genocide Intervention Network.
