| Introduction | My name is David, if you hadnt noticed I have anxiety and depression. I started this blog as a hobby, a therapy, and a way to help others. I am a pretty normal guy, of course I can be crazy at times (in a good way) and I do my best to enjoy myself. I enjoy playing video games, browsing the interwebs and making random crafts. My wife (who I love with all my heart!) is in the Navy and I am along for the ride, I do my best to help support and contribute, I never imagined I would end up being a house husband!
