| Introduction | Frans Jacobi is a visual artist from Copenhagen, Denmark. His work with installation, performance and photography is centered around art’s ability to express political critique. This blog is part of his phd-project at Lunds University / Malmø Art Academy, entitled ’Aesthetics of Resistance’. ’Aesthetics of Resistance’ deals with contemporary demonstration culture, and its visual and symbolic strategies. It aims at developing ideas around autonomy, alternative societies and the escape-routes involved. |
