| Introduction | I am applying for the Lindsay Thompson Fellowship 2012 through the Department of Education in the state of Victoria, Australia. I commenced this blog to enable it to be included in the application for the Fellowship. I wish to investigate how social networking can aid in the transformation of knowledge in the primary school setting. I am using the past - in the present - to influence the future. I intend to base my research on one of my favourite novels by Jules Verne - AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS. I propose to circumnavigate the world in 80 days to establish a connection between social networking and the transformation of knowledge to improve learning outcomes... wish me luck! :-) |
