| Introduction | My name is Michael. I have lived a life that is complicated but I'm blessed and grateful I discovered yoga in 2016 and I have really dived into it for the last year. It has changed my life for the better and I am learning more about myself and who I am on a daily basis. It has been a challenging and rewarding journey.
