| Introduction | I'm a freelance journalist/writer, broadcaster, PR flack and professional ranter. With a University of Newcastle Communication Studies degree, I did internships at Cumberland Newspaper Group and The Newcastle Herald. Cutting my teeth on The Australia Senior newspaper, I moved to London for two years, working as media monitor among other jobs. Returning to Australia, I worked briefly for The Catholic Weekly, before moving to AdNews magazine. After more than two years at AdNews, rising to the position of news editor, I made the move to Singapore to become editor of Marketing magazine. After a year in that role I began freelancing full-time. Since October 2009 I have freelanced for many different publications - Inside Sport, FourFourTwo, Time Out Singapore, Australian Creative, CNNGo.com, AdNews, Vital Science, Professional Marketing, Asia Image, Telescope and Television Asia magazine.
