| Introduction | Tara Mazanec and Shauna Goodwin have a combined 10 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry. Prior to their career changes, they both worked in the corporate setting they now wish to change. Tara and Shauna received their credentials in Holistic Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Columbia University. They are also both Certified Master Trainers with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Tara and Shauna bring with them a wealth of knowledge of the Fitness and Health Industry along with a drive to change the way we eat and live our lives today and into the future. |
