Introduction	1st class Mechanical Engineer graduated in 1970 from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur, one of the premium Engineering College in India. Received Engineering Gold Medal for 2016-17 by Mining Geological & Metallurgical Institute of India and several other honours.Had worked in Coal India Ltd, the biggest coal producing company in World for 23 years in various senior positions. Had been associated with global leading mining manufacturing co. e.g, Thyssen Krupp Foedertechnik GmbH, Germany, MMD, UK, JMC, UK & India, Quadrant, Germany for promoting and application of advanced technologies in mining.Giving training to the executives of various public sector and private sector mining companies through workshops and also as visiting faculty at Indian School of Mines, (ISM, Dhanbad) Indian Institute of Coal Mines (IICM, Ranchi).
