Although the word is used in all walks of life today, many of us never take time to really get to know what "soul" really means. Often soul and spirit are used interchangeably, but they are not the same. Soul work is not the same as spiritual work. If you are at all curious, please check in now and then. What you will read here will always be written with the goal of inspiring you, the reader, to dwell more often in the presence of, not only your soul, but the cosmic soul. We are connected whether we like it or not. At all times of the day and night, someone, somewhere is tugging on that thread.
