Introduction	This is a blog of the cakes I've decorated. I started by taking some of the cake decorating classes at a local craft store, and realized that I really enjoy cake decorating. Through this, my husband has learned that he enjoys baking the cakes! He's also a wonderful help in cleaning up all of my mess after I've been decorating for hours. My friends and family don't really enjoy royal icing and fondant all that much, which makes the decorating more challenging to use mostly buttercream icing. This is primarily a hobby for me, although I am open to making cakes for a profit.
