| Introduction | Why The Self-Help Section? A lot of people have asked me about the significance of the name of this blog. I didn’t name it this because I’m crazy or depressed or in need of clinical therapy; mainly, I think blogs are a measure of personal progress. They record daily occurrences and thoughts and they influence reflection. The Self-Help Section is an evaluation of my day...good or bad, compelling or uneventful...and an account of things I see that I think should be shared with others. Thanks for looking and enjoy. |
