Introduction	Welcome to My Montreal Art & Fitness! With over 15 professional years in the artist industry, I have an extensive background in dance/choreography, vocals and performance. As art is the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, a world without it would seem intolerable for me. This is my little artistic world that I hope will help support Montreal local artists. With some facts, some upcoming shows, video chat recordings and more, hopefully it will evolve into something that`s a little piece of me that I can give to you. As for fitness, I would like to get out there and see what classes or programs are available. As I am always one who has to work on staying fit, I am hoping this will help me and others hopefully to stay motivated.
