| Introduction | I get to eat the leaves fresh since i was a child. It is very common in Africa and I grew up eating them there. I now live in Miami and I get them from African stores then ship Moringa to the USA. in Asia They call them "malunggay" (in Tagalog). I have used the fresh leaves in my green smoothies. Also, it is available in tea bags and is sold as tea. The leaves are a little tough to eat raw so we normally cook them but if you put them in your blender with your favorite beverage you will be just fine. I had to share with you the secret of the Miracle tree. you can find me in all the farmers market of South Florida and buy some yourself. |
