| Introduction | My name is Ciara. I am currently studying Professional Cookery at the London school of hospitality and tourism. The last academic year I studied patisserie and confectionery and before that I attended the National Bakery School and received a diploma in craft studies. This course consisted of fermented goods (yeast products), confectionery and craft studies (cake decorating). I am passionate about good food, which doesn’t mean it needs to be expensive. This blog is for me to post recipes and just have a good ol' rant about my passion in life. |
