Introduction Today it seems there's a "revolutionary" health and fitness solution every time you turn around. Sprinkle this, order that, just 30, 60, 90 days to a totally new you.....Then what? While there's no doubt that if you work out 6 days a week and eat from a strict diet plan, you will get results. But the truth is, not very many of us can maintain that routine indefinitely. We have family, friends, hobbies, work and everything else that real life throws our way to handle. So how do we stay fit while keeping up with the rest of our lives.
