| Introduction | I am a doctoral student at TX Lutheran University working towards my Ed.D in Interdisciplinary Leadership with a concentration on Organizational Leadership. I have two grown children and a granddaughter who are my pride and joy. I am passionate about many things but most importantly about creating opportunities for our minority students to have access to higher learning opportunities as other individuals. My hope and goal is to help create change in minority student's perceptions of taking advantage of advanced learning opportunities. |
