| Introduction | Hi! I'm grateful for your presence here. Personally, I've been on a life-long journey of paying attention to the spiritual and deep inner work. Sounds like heavy stuff (and at times it is!) but it's the rich work that brings meaning and joy to my life. In an age when facades and consumerism seem to be the norm, I'm joining the voices proclaiming that things can be different- we can cultivate spirit in our lives and find deep purpose and meaning, in this moment, regardless of what's in our bank accounts or the initials behind our names. As an added bonus, I've included activities that you can do to put the ideas of the blog posts into action in your lives. My background is as a queer, gender queer teacher, psychotherapist, and spiritual wanderer. Those are titles and identities that I hold and may help you find trust in these blogs. The reality is that at 38, I feel like I'm just now beginning to get what this being human is all about. Shoot! I'm thinking I'm not the only one yearning for these conversations.
