| Introduction | I graduated Cum Laude with a BFA in Graphic Design & Advertising from SCAD in ‘07. I had fallen in love with Savannah and didn’t want to stray far from the charming city. So I began life in the real world working as a Jr. Graphic Designer in ATL. After a year of city life and learning what it was like to be a designer for a big company, I wasn’t satisfied and wanted something faster and interactive. Fortunately, an opportunity arose for a job in my field in Savannah. I’ve enjoyed being back; growing creatively and professionally. I’ve had the opportunity to manage and design branding and marketing and also have had the privilege to create extravagant invitations for events. I discovered the value and appeal of how handcrafted design holds a quality unlike any other. I enjoy working with my hands to create visually pleasing invitations for special occasions, which resonate as lifelong mementos. My enjoyment has since developed into a passion that I am thrilled to call my work. I push the envelope with every new creation and set many goals for my life and career which is why Yelo Creations is so important to me; custom, handcrafted invitation design and production is my specialty. |
