| Introduction | I am a survivor of many years of abuse. I was able to leave that life behind because when I was 34, I (quite randomly) came across some tools and practices that I thought I could apply in my life, for the purpose of changing my life. I decided I would do that as a 30-day experiment and see what happened. Why? Because I had nothing left to lose except my life, and I didn’t care all that much whether I lived or died. What followed was an absolutely spectacular sequence of events! I was able to leave my abuser for the tenth and final time after I started applying those principles in my life. I changed myself from the inside out and when I finally left him for good, I knew I would never be another person’s victim again. I am now an author, a speaker, a teacher, an ordained minister, a mother, and a grandmother. I have written three books: Choose Your Universe, Pop Your Paradigm, and Successfully MidAir, and I'm currently working on a fourth. I live in the Portland, Oregon area with my dog, Max, who I adore. |
