Introduction	I am 38 years old. In recovery from a nervous breakdown and diagnosis of clinical depression. I have suffered from delusional and paranoid thoughts as well, which make normal life extremely difficult. This is the main reason why I have decided to do this walk as an aid to my recovery. However I would like to raise as much money as possible for the charities I have nominated as well.
