| Introduction | I’m Sam's Jam. I’m a canner & ex baker. I work retail currently. I have a loving husband & 2 cute cats. I’m currently trying to tame my tiny kitchen into a workable space. I hate it, but I love my apartment so it's a challenge to be overcome. I’m a self taught canner, but I learned to bake & decorate cakes working for Dufflet Pastries years ago. My husband is a culinary graduate & ex baker as well. Between the two of us the tiny kitchen can produce some marvellous & head scratching things! The majority of the time you will see us at the farmers market, the local pub, or killing my plants I am attempting to grow on my balcony. |
