| Introduction | Jen Grisim is a lifelong Winnipeger who is passionate about childbirth and pregnancy. She received her Degree in Midwifery in 2007 after studying in Boise, Idaho and Manila, Philippines. She has been training in dance for 16 years and teaching dance for 11 years. She is now the Assistant Director of Masterworks Dance Studio. She is so excited to bring her 2 passions of movement and pregnancy together in her Special Deliveries Fitness classes. She is finishing up her pre/postnatal fitness certification from Baby & Me Fitness in Toronto. |
