Introduction	BASO is a dream. Dream of a world where we love our books. We go to them with our questions, we go to them to spend some quality time with, to play with them, to share our joy and sorrow, to peep through them into the world that we can see with our eyes and the world that we cannot. To start with, we plan to start a chain of small-small neighbourhood libraries so that a book passes through as many hands as possible and a hand picks up as many books as possible.
