Introduction	My name is Blair and I’m currently doing a master’s of science (in 2011) in yeast genetics. In the year just gone (2010) I have developed a strong interest in health and fitness. After being introduced to a primal lifestyle website (www.marksdailyapple.com) I was hooked. I now try to live my live as close as I can to that of our pre agriculture ancestors; this means lots of meat and vegetables, and no grains. I also work out as often as time permits. I am trying to better myself through the natural method philosophy to "be strong to be useful".
Interests	Nutrition, exercise, mountain boarding, paintball, genetics, evolution.
