| Introduction | I became vegetarian in 2006 and started becoming a vegan in 2009. It wasn't until 2012 that my husband and I vowed never to purposely buy or consume animal products or bi-products. Most recently I read Dr. Fuhrman's Eat to Live and have began my journey into a whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle. The weight is falling off now and I feel so much better. I wanted to have a place to create and share recipes, so that's why I started this blog. |
