|Introduction||I've been teaching health and movement for 14+ years (I'm a qualified personal trainer and Pilates teacher) and running barefoot almost four years. I work with a whole range of clients to help them improve their overall health, movement and lifestyle. I also teach running workshops throughout the UK with David Robinson and we co-wrote a book about barefoot running last year called: 'Run Strong, Run Free: An introduction to the science and art of barefoot running'. My whole world revolves around finding out more about the human body and mind, studying research and trying out different movement methods and experimenting with nutrition. I enjoy all kinds of movement but running out in the countryside has to be the best - you just can't beat it!|
|Interests||Barefoot running, biomechanics, psychology, learning new stuff|
For your birthday, your aunt gave you a maple syrup dispenser shaped like a rooster. Please write her a thank-you note:
Dear Auntie How did you know the rooster was the only one I didn't have? I've put him in between the elephant and the piglet.....
