| Introduction | Soon after graduation from seminary in 1980, I discovered the writings of Saint John of the Cross. I have described this discovery/experience for many years as though I were looking into a mirror at my soul. Since then I have learned a lot and grown a little. I left ministry in the Christian Church (Disicples of Christ) in 1989. Since then I have become a Roman Catholic. I am currently a librarian serving graduate students for George Fox University and George Fox Evangelical Seminary in Portland, Oregon. |
