| Introduction | Probably planet Earth’s most highly educated yoga teacher, Lois holds double Ivy League degrees (B.A. from Harvard University and Ph.D. from Princeton). In addition to her yoga certifications (Anusara, ISHTA, Integral Yoga, 10 years of Mysore-style Ashtanga), she is a student of life, soaking up knowledge in fields from fashion, art, and design to economics and world history. Before devoting herself to yoga, Lois was a widely published writer on art, architecture, and literature, and edited countless books for Princeton University Press, MIT Press, Rizzoli, MoMA and others. This blog features posts on yoga, life, and whatever inspires Lois and gives her a reason to get up in the morning and face the day with passionate enthusiasm. Lois was a leader in the Anusara Yoga community, serving on the prestigious Curriculum Committee and Certification Video Assessment Committee, where she helped shape the future of Anusara teaching.
