| Introduction | There are only 86,000 lawyers in Illinois. I'm one of them. My office is in downtown Chicago. My practice is defense of criminal cases (trials and appeals), civil rights, administrative hearings, and employee misconduct investigations. Before going into private practice, I worked for the government, as a prosecutor in Cook County, IL., as an assistant to the Mayor in Chicago, and as the chief of staff/general counsel to the Chicago Police Department. I follow the Fighting Irish football team and the Chicago Cubs. |
