Introduction	I am a widower 75+ who lives in a seniors only apartment in a suburb of Baltimore, MD. I have written several books and I am continuing to write. I have made tremendous changes in my lifestyle that has affected me physically and emotionally having dropped from 386 to 250 pounds. My goal is to get below a weight of 200. I know I can do it.
