Introduction	Several years ago, I decided to find a biblical approach to sports competition. I was already a Christian. Things had changed in my life since I had started following Jesus. However, that wasn't true with my sports, especially in competitive weightlifting. So, I went on a quest in searching the Bible for applications to sports competition. From that journey, my own sports changed dramatically. Consequently I have written several books on the subject, and currently send out a free daily e-mail called Tip of the Day. One thing I have discovered on this journey is I am still constantly learning from others. So, with that said, I encourage you to share your view and insights concerning what I post. We all can benefit from each other.
