| Introduction | Welcome to my cooking blog. I absolutely love to cook, try new flavours and new recipes too. But I also keep very close to my favourite recipes and dishes. My idol is Chef Michael Smith. Watching the Chef at Home shows is what really got me into cooking. “Cooking - without a Recipe” is what his show is all about. His shows have taught me the most helpful techniques and simplest ideas. Thanks to him I now have a pantry full of inspiration.
