| Introduction | I like the color red (part of why I enjoy Valentine’s Day). I’m a liberal and a Roman Catholic (contrary to popular assumptions, those categories are not mutually exclusive). I, until recently, had a 17 year old cat (Simon) upon whom I was very co-dependent; I still miss him terribly. In February, I adopted a little black kitten and named him Winston; he has helped me to “get my groove back.” I enjoy reading, especially books about WWII era Poland, natural history, and historical fiction. I probably watch too much TV, but I like the escape. I am single, but open to possibilities. I love decorating for holidays. I enjoy ’starting’ houseplants. I wish I knew how to knit. |
