About me

Gender Female
Occupation Digestive Health Specialist
Location Leeds, West Yorkshire
Introduction I specialise in Digestive Health Care, have practised as a colon hydrotherapist for 13+ years and also do food sensitivity testing. My interest in optimal health came about as a result of my own health challenges. I'd been unwell for years with doctors unable to offer a diagnosis. I had a food sensitivity test and it changed my life beyond recognition. I have been interested in the relationship between food and health: researching, exploring and experimenting with it ever since. In my work I see that people, bombarded with misinformation, no longer know what they need to be healthy. As a result many age prematurely and put up with symptoms that impair their quality of life. The aim of my blog is to provide the information people need to give the best chance of enjoying robust good health well into old age. I intend to share with you what I have found useful and to continue to research and explore for you and for me.
