| Introduction | I used to teach first grade. I've been a literacy consultant, working with teachers in grades K-5, since 2002. I've written two books for teachers about teaching writing, and a book about teaching reading. I am having fun watching my son learn to read, and trying hard not to be too much of a freak about it. |
