| Introduction | When I started my first company, my Fury Modem would connect with 2400 baud. Not to the WEB - of course not - but to a BBS, where people or shall we say geeks would share programming ideas. Well this might sound like ancient history and I believe you are right. It is a very long time since I'm in the IT Industry and I don't feel that old. I lived and worked in London, Redwood City and Hamburg and bring over 24 years track record to the table as Founder, COO, CSO and Investor. I'm an experienced M & A and corporate finance person and have an excellent track record in Turn-Around Management and distressed finance.
