Introduction	A Ph.D. student in the Writing and Rhetoric program at the University of Rhode Island, Tim teaches undergraduate courses in Rhetoric/Composition and English. His research surrounds the intersections of rhetorical action, ethics, and community focusing on the ways that individuals and groups are enabled and constrained through their use of various "technological" writing tools.
