Introduction Farhana Sahibzada has been teaching Indian/Pakistani cooking in Southern California and Internationally for over 25 years. Farhana has taught Indian cooking classes at local city colleges, upscale retail establishments (Williams-Sonoma), gourmet food Foods markets (Whole Foods), culinary colleges, culinary institutes, city parks, museums and also through her Cafe' in Woodland Hills, California. Farhana's classes focus on simpliyfing the art of Indian cooking and offer simple and quick versions for classic and popular recipes of the Indian/Pakistani Cuisine. Her recently published cookbook, 'Flavorful Shortcuts to Indian/Pakistani Cooking' is selling through major retailers, gourmet food markets, amazon.com and is also a Kindle book. Farhana is a noted culinary authority on Indian/Pakistani cooking and is often invited to various culinary events, speaking engagements and special menu designing for major events around Los Angeles. Her Cooking classes were recently voted 'A Top Event' by L.A. Weekly in the BEST OF L.A. Her culinary passions and expertise also includes French and American desserts and other gourmet specialties.
