| Introduction | This picture was taken in Latvia near the Baltic Sea(formerly Communist country in Eastern Europe). I was on a mission trip there in July, 2007, to work at an orphanage. It was heavenly working with people who were serving God daily. I'll post more pix later. I grew up in NJ, but fell in love with WV on a camping trip in 1975. I got rid of my electric appliances and moved from D.C. to an old farm house. I've had lots of jobs - my most loved was teaching. I found a good man to wed and have my child in my mid 30's. Our son is grown and moved on. I'm pursuing a new career with online marketing, in addition to substitute teaching. Recently I was a repoter/photographer at our small town newspaper, the Tyler Star News. |

| Favorite books | The Bible, works of Mauve Binchey, Rosamund Pilchner, and Niall Williams (I recommend his novelette, "As It Is In Heaven" and his epic, "The Fall of Light." |
