| Introduction | My name is Rebekah, and for as long as I can remember, I've been making pancakes and chocolate chip cookies. In fact that was how my mom introduced me to cooking/baking, and I am deeply in her debt. What started out as a mother's desire to teach her daughter how to cook before she grew up and inevitably left home, has turned into a hobby, or as I think of it, a fascination with food. :) |
