| Introduction | I am a licensed teacher for students with disabilities and as a special education director. I currently advice many parents and professionals on the transitioning process and preparing students for the adult world. My passion came from my first teaching position many years ago. Working with adolescents transitioning to adulthood, going through the many steps and emotions with their parents brought new light to the idea of being an educator and things you do not necessary learn in school. |
