| Introduction | Growing up in New Orleans, one of my favorite memories is when I was allowed to skip church one Sunday to make bread with my dad. I could barely reach the counter; in fact I had to stand on a stool so that I could knead dough. My love for food continued to grow as fast as I did, and now I find myself cooking delicious meals for fun! As an undergraduate student at Louisiana Tech University, I became comfortable enough to share my food with friends and family. I started this blog when I was an EMT and I worked 48/72 hour shifts. I would cook a lot on my days off and I created this blog to share some of my cooking creations and crazy work stories with you :) I hope you find some humor in the comedy of my life and some good inspiration for the kitchen.
