Introduction I guess you could call me a Foodie. I love food. I can’t say this enough. Everything about it: the smell, the taste, the look, its truly an art that should be celebrated, and celebrated often. And it is, for the most part, celebrated at holidays. BBQ on the 4th of July, turkey and mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving, the best baked goods at Christmas, and doesn’t everyone demand their favorite meal on their birthdays? Food’s not just what we eat three times a day (or if you’re like me 4, 5 and 6 times), its an artful expression full of thousands of secrets, flavors and aromas. It is basically a holiday in your mouth and I firmly believe we should treat every meal like it’s the last holiday. ‘Cause why not?
