| Introduction | I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and eventually my RD license. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and I am seeking to mesh the two together. I am a great cook who loves to garden. I also have 2 beautiful children. My oldest, a boy, has severe food allergies to milk, eggs and nuts. My daughter now 2 has virtually none. My main goal with this blog is to inspire and inform people how to grow their own food and have fun with it. I also want to inspire people to cook and to cook well. I also love to share what I learn about food, diet and nutrition and gardening. I love to share recipes as well. You can bet if I have made something and have posted a recipe- it's worth a try. I am a busy mom, wife and student just like everybody else. |
